Patrick M. Hanley, Jr., Esq.

Pat joined Viridi in 2020 as General Counsel and also served as Chief Operating Officer. Pat’s previous experience includes a time as LPA Associate Attorney at Roetzel Andress where he focused on a wide range of civil litigation matters in state and federal courts in Ohio. He provided expertise in areas including mineral rights disputes and product liability matters. While there, Pat served as second chair at trial, managed electronic discovery, drafted dispositive motions, provided oral advocacy on motions, and defended expert and fact witness depositions by preparing expert reports. Pat has several education certifications such as B.A. in English from Gettysburg College, M.A. in Government from Johns Hopkins University, J.D., University of Akron School of Law, and is admitted to practice law in New York State and Ohio.
