Buyer
We are looking for a Buyer with a genuine passion for excellence and a desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company.
This role will be responsible for purchasing manufacturing materials needed for production as well as taking inventory of current production products. This role will also need to negotiate with suppliers and help identify cost savings.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for purchasing manufacturing materials needed for production
- Take inventory of current production products
- Negotiate deals with suppliers, finding alternative buying options as needed
- Work with International suppliers/purchasing
- Deliver a weekly report on open/closed purchasing items
- Identify and track cost savings from a supply chain aspect
- Assist supply chain manager with maintaining inventory levels daily
- Communicate with the management team to ensure all orders are accurate
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- 1-4 years of experience
- Demonstrated strong negotiation skills
- Experience in international supply chain management
- Strong business acumen
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
