Claire K. White

Claire Kresse White has served as Viridi’s Chief Legal Officer since September 2023. Ms. White is responsible for overseeing Viridi’s legal, compliance and risk functions, including corporate governance, securities, litigation, labor and employment, and intellectual property matters as the company continues to scale its operations and expand its global footprint. With over 25 years of legal and corporate experience, Ms. White brings a broad range of legal and business acumen to Viridi. She joins the Company from Life Storage (NYSE LSI, prior to its merger with Extra Space Storage in July 2023), where she was Vice President, Legal Affairs. She also spent 15 years with InDyne, Inc., including 10 years as General Counsel. Ms. White holds a Doctor of Law from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University.
