Eric Stein

Eric retired from JP Morgan in 2022 after a 33-year career where he was most recently Global Chairman of Investment Banking. He joined Viridi in February 2023. Over the course of his career, Eric advised many of J.P. Morgan’s most essential clients on critical strategic matters including capital raising and M&A. He ran several key businesses during his time at J.P. Morgan including Investment Banking in North America for almost 8 years as well as the Global and EMEA Diversified Industries groups and the Global Natural Resources group.

Eric received his M.B.A. in Finance, an M.S. in Accounting from New York University’s Stern School of Business, and a B.A. in Economics from Hobart College.  He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Hobart and William Smith Colleges and is on the Advisory Board of Harlem Lacrosse.
